Does this change my DNS?
No. We generate the _dmarc name and TXT value for you to review and publish. If DMARC already exists, edit it rather than publishing a second record.
Can reports go to another domain?
The destination domain may need to authorize reports through DNS. This generator does not verify that authorization or create a mailbox. Reporting also depends on receiving providers.
Does DMARC prevent all impersonation?
No. It informs handling of messages that fail aligned authentication. It does not prevent lookalike domains, misleading display names or compromised accounts.
