Messages pass through SpamExperts before reaching your email server. Suspicious content can be held for review, helping your team deal with spam, phishing and malicious attachments.
Activation requires changing your domain’s incoming mail route (MX records). Your email address stays the same.
Outgoing filtering helps detect spam and malicious mail leaving your infrastructure. It adds a layer to reduce the risk of a compromised account harming your business email and customers.
Outgoing filtering needs its own sending configuration. It is not a bulk mailing platform and does not guarantee inbox placement.
I need outgoing protectionWith archiving included in your plan, keep a searchable copy of messages under the agreed scope and retention. It helps recover context from past discussions and organize access to your company’s email history.
Archiving is an additional service. Capacity, retention and access need to match your data policy; buying it does not by itself ensure legal compliance.

You can review quarantined messages and release a message classified incorrectly, subject to your permissions. Allow and block lists can also be adjusted. Any filter can make mistakes, which is why review and monitoring remain important.
It adds a layer of protection, while your team still needs to verify senders, links and payment requests. Use two-step verification and keep devices updated. No filter detects every threat.
SpamExperts can queue mail and retry delivery when the destination responds again, within service limits. This does not make the filter an email inbox or guarantee delivery in every situation. Queue retention follows your service terms.
Archiving must be included in your selected option. It is separate from spam quarantine and needs defined capacity, retention, access and deletion rules. We can help you work out what is needed before ordering.
