Yes. This is also for independent professionals and small studios that build or maintain client websites. Tell us what you do, how many projects you look after and which services you need.
Do I need to move every client at once?
No. Start with a new project or plan the move of an existing website. For a larger portfolio, group projects by priority, compatibility and renewal date, and check each stage.
How are pricing and partnership terms agreed?
The proposal covers services, resources, billing cycles and agreed responsibilities. Review renewal, migration and cancellation before subscribing. If you simply want to recommend Zovvi, explore the affiliate program. View the affiliate program.
Does a multi-site plan mean separate accounts?
Not necessarily. A multi-site plan is not the same as independent cPanel accounts or a reseller environment. Tell us if each client needs separate access, billing or isolation so we can size the service appropriately.
Who handles website updates and content?
Design, content, themes, plugins, licences and website maintenance follow the agreement between agency and client. Zovvi supports the subscribed infrastructure services. Put that division in writing from the start.
How do we plan a migration?
First we review files, databases, versions, email and authorized access. The proposal defines the websites and scope. Then come copying, testing and DNS changes. Keep the old service active until the new setup is checked; zero downtime is not guaranteed.
Can the domain stay with another registrar?
Yes. Hosting does not require a registration transfer. DNS can be updated after the website is prepared and tested. Domain and ownership changes require permission; subscribing through an agency does not make the agency the owner of its client’s domain.
Does preparing a summary enroll me?
The summary lets you review your situation before opening WhatsApp. Our team will discuss your operation and agree on next steps. Subscription and participation depend on agreed terms; there is no automatic enrollment.
