This summary helps navigation. Full conditions are set out in the clauses below.
1.Term, price and offer
Before acceptance, the order discloses term, total, currency, resources, known renewal price and discounts. Dividing an annual total by 12 does not make it monthly billing. Mandatory charges are disclosed; optional extras need an express choice.
2.Renewal and charge authorization
Renewal follows the selected order and available account controls. An invoice does not prove automatic-debit authorization. Automatic charging requires clear method, frequency, amount or calculation and cancellation instructions. Saving a card does not authorize every future purchase.
Pix and boleto require payment unless a specifically available recurring method is authorized. Processor capabilities alone do not establish Pix Automático, installments or wallet availability.
3.Notices and price changes
Keep contact details valid. Notices must allow review of due date, term and total before automatic charging or a new period. Initial discounts must not conceal renewal prices. Adjustments need disclosed contractual grounds and lawful frequency.
Future price changes are communicated with reasonable notice. They do not retrospectively change paid terms or authorize a more expensive plan without acceptance. Published price guarantees must be honored.
4.Disabling and cancellation
Request automatic-charge deactivation or cancellation through authenticated support, identifying the service. Confirmation states the action and date. Disabling charges does not immediately delete files; immediate cancellation may end access as confirmed.
Requests preceding renewal must be considered to prevent improper charges. Charges after valid cancellation are assessed for refunds. Automatic debit is not required to exercise rights.
5.Domains, third parties and extras
Domains have their own expiry, renewal, possible restoration and extension rules. Not paying hosting does not automatically renew or cancel a domain. Third-party licenses follow disclosed terms, prices and any exchange conversion.
Supplier changes do not permit hidden extras or remove Zovvi’s legal duties. Purchasing a primary service does not confirm additional products.
6.Checks and review
Keep orders, offers, invoices and cancellation confirmations. Report discrepancies through support without full card numbers or security codes. Responses explain price, term, authorization and action taken. Refund rules and statutory rights remain applicable.
